How We Fulfill Orders Every Loungers Club product is made to order. That means your item is produced specifically for you — no sitting in a warehouse, no compromises on quality.
Production Time Most orders enter production within 2–5 business days of being placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — From $5.19
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days — From $14.99
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — From $29.28
Free shipping on all US orders over $125.00
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
International Shipping
- Canada: 10–20 business days — From $9.39
- Australia: 14–25 business days — From $12.49
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total. The Loungers Club is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees assessed by your country's customs office.
